What If I Am Not Happy With The Treatment That I Have Received From REDDOC ?

REDDOC undertakes regular patient satisfaction enquiries and the great majority of patients are very pleased with the service that they receive. If you feel that your case has not been handled satisfactorily, you can register your complaint with your own practice in the usual way. The REDDOC staff will work with your doctor and practice manager to ensure that your complaint is fully investigated and answered.

Will My Own GP Be Told If I Contact REDDOC During Out Of Hours?

All the details of your problem and any follow-up instructions will be faxed to your own GP's surgery on the next working day and any urgent instructions will be telephoned as soon as the REDDOC office opens at 9.00am. Copies of the REDDOC doctor's notes are sent by courier later in the day.
